To be eligible for benefits, you must be an Active, Full Time Employee working 30 or more hours per week.

Waiting Period for New Employees: 30 days of continuous employment.

Employees and dependent family members are eligible for the medical and dental programs. A dependent is defined as a legal spouse, and/or a child under the age of 19, or 23 if full time student.

401k Plan

Employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) retirement plan after they have completed One (1) year of service.
