Eligible
participants can contribute 15% of their 2005 income up to $14,000
to the company 401k plan. Employees age 50 and over can make
an additional "catch-up" contribution of $4,000.
The
Company will match the first 4% of employee contributions. The
employer contribution is subject to the following vesting schedule:
